When ArcPad is installed, it installs SQL CE 2005 software anyway which is all that ArcPad needs to run. This could change for future releases, however for the current version of ArcPad (10.2.2), the retirement of SQL CE 2005 will have no effect on ArcPad.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My IT officer just notified me that SQL 2005 is reaching end of life and Microsoft will no longer support it.&amp;nbsp; My team uses ArcPad 10.2, which is dependent on the SQL Server 2005 Compact edition.&amp;nbsp; What are the options?&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
