    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have Magellan MobileMapper CX (WinCE 5.0) with ArcPad 7.1.1 and I can't connect to ArcIMS servers - I can't see available services &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; Even on &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.geographynetwork.com"&gt;http://www.geographynetwork.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. I type the URL address and tip refresh, the clocks are showing on the screen and nothing. Even I let them for 5 minutes. I'm using Internet connection over mobile/cell phone. ArcPad installed on my notebook with Windows XP, using the same Internet connection list the available services in a moment &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any suggestion?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
