    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey Kyle, the first step that you have to take to build a form is creating an AXF.&amp;nbsp; While doing that, you will also generate the APM (ArcPad Map) file that will be seen on the data collector.&amp;nbsp; This link does a good job of showing how to create them and the reasons behind it. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.nd.gov/gis/images/gis-users-conf-2009/presentations/WSIIIA_Crissinger_Brandon.pdf"&gt;http://www.nd.gov/gis/images/gis-users-conf-2009/presentations/WSIIIA_Crissinger_Brandon.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That still leaves creating the form, so use ArcPad Studio to open the AXF you created and under Feature Layers you should have listed the dataset(s) that will be edited.&amp;nbsp; If you doubleclick the dataset it will bring up the specifics for that dataset.&amp;nbsp; If you doubleclick &amp;lt;EDITFORM&amp;gt;datasetname it will bring up the form view and you should be able to figure it out from there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
