I want them to be able to type in a unique number (in this case a "subscriber number"), then they will have to press a button ("Update" button) to query the database whether the customer details exist. This button will have to link to a database file which will automatically fill the rest of the attributes. this number will act as a link to call query the database file whether the customer exists or not. If the customer is absent, the data entrant should be prompted to fill in the details.
