Editing Disabled After Sync w/Server

I cannot figure out why editing gets disabled after I sync with the server. When I first test the project I can edit, sync and edit again, but once I close the project and reopen it again editing capability is disabled. Ideas?

Hi Hannah,

Sorry for the late reply, but I have not had much time to deal with this issue. Long story short I've been through this back and forth both with and without ESRI and I am moving on. Disappointed to say the least.
