      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After I activate the gps signal/receiver on my magellan mobile mapper cx in arcpad, I get this message.......&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"No data is being received by your GPS receiver.&amp;nbsp; Check cables and configuration options."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone experienced this error message before and know how to fix the issue or have a workaround?&amp;nbsp; Any advice would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sam Hildebrand&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It means you probably do not have the GPS Preferences set correctly. Make certain you have the GPS port set to COM 2 with a baud rate of 57600.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
