A client of ours uses ArcPad 7 on a mobile device. We are in the process of upgrading to ArcSDE 10, and upgrading all desktop users to ArcGIS 10. The client is concerned that the mobile hardware they are using won't support ArcPad 10. They are asking if they can keep using ArcPad 7 on their mobile device after their desktop software has been upgraded.

Will ArcPad Data Manager 10 allow check-in of data that has been edited in the field using ArcPad 7, and that was checked-out with Data Manager 9.3.1?

Thanks for any help!

- Gary
