I have ArcPad 10 installed. I have copied Ordnance Survey (map) tiles onto the memory card. Each tile has four related files, aux, rrd, tfw and a TIFF image showing the actual map. I have copied all four of these files onto the memory card. When i imported these into ArcPad 9 on my old Geotex GPS it worked perfectly however when added into ArcPad 10 the maps are not displayed. I have tried going into the advanced settings, scrolling across to extentions and the TIFF extention is ticked.
