I just upgraded my arcgis desktop

my new version is 10.3 Arcgis

in my previous version of ArcPad using arcgis 10

but now we do not know if it's possible to use Arcpad 10 and arcgis desktop 10.3

My guess is it should not be an issue since they are licensed and used in a different way. At least if you are asking if the can both run. I still use even older versions of ArcPad on machines with ArcGIS 10.3.

if you are wanting to know if they can communicate with each other, for example, clipping for offline use, I haven't tested so can't offer answer. hopefully others can respond.
