    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If I understand the task you are trying to complete, this could be accomplished by simply opening that edit form within ArcPad Studio and adding an Image box at the top of the first page. Then under the Values tab, simply browse to the image you want to place within it. Then you would simply need to make sure that image is within the project folder when you go to deploy it to the device. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A good example of this can be found within the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://arcpadteam.blogspot.com/2009/07/arcpad-login-form.html"&gt;Login Form&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; sample which is on the ArcPad blog. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
