ArcObject Addin does not start

Hello,

I created a Addin tool which is running ok on my production and test pcs but never started on my user's pc. I found out that it bailed out at IApplicaiton initialization:

IApplicaton app=Arc.Application.

I have another addin toolbar with two tools and all of them have same problem on this user's pc. However they work well on another two users' pc. I spent last two days trying to figure it out and did not solve the problem. Please help.

PC info:

Window 7

ArcGIS 10.2.2

Problem solved. .Net Framework 4.5 was not installed. There is another thread talking about this and I did not see it.

I installed 4.5.2 and tool is working now.
