This template was created for 9.3 and we're using 10 SP1 (on Amazon AWS). Two of the template feeds fail when trying to run the "</SPAN><STRONG>asc2sde.exe</STRONG><SPAN>" command, which fails to initialize properly. The third one fails when trying to run the "</SPAN><STRONG>shpinfo -f</STRONG><SPAN>" command, which isn't a recognized command on 64-bit version of SDE.
