    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi !&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've been trying to use the html popup interface under arcObjects 9.3.1 vb.net 2008 without any success. Is it more faisable with version 10 ? How can I implement the iHTMLPopupIdentify in my code to have someting like arcMap's html popup windows ? Is there any sample available somewhere ?? I really need your help !&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
