    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;in our code we use the MeasurmentTool from DefenseSolution dll that came with Military Analyst&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As from 10.1 Military Analyst is no longer exist does any one know where the Measurment Tool is in 10.1 it is really urgent...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Michael&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
