The functionality I'm looking to implement would allow a user to click a point on a mosaic dataset in ArcMap and have the rasters which have been clicked on appear in a separate popup window for additional processing, namely georeferencing/control point generation. I'm wondering what kind of window control I would need to use in order to accomplish this, I've looked into the MapViewer Window but I'm not sure it can accomplish what I'm looking to do.
