ArcObjects C# - Image Offset

Hi everyone,

I have a problem. I want to display an image around a point.

The need :

To do that, I create a point to the right of my specific points. And finally, I Apply a symbology to get an image.

The problem is to calculate the X offs to avoid hiding the other labels

Is there another way to display an image around a point ? or is there a property to automatically manage the offset ?
