      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope what you mean is to upload a shapefile and display it as a map. You can use open source stack like Geoserver with Openlayers/GeoExt or MapFish. If you are using ESRI products then you can use their API's to publish a shapefile. Depends on what you are using !!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
