      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have some personalized tools created using ArcObjects(.Net). These tools are placed in a toolbar and can added to ArcMap as AddIn. I want to publish them as service into ArcGIS server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Help, Thanks in advance &lt;SPAN aria-label="Happy" class="emoticon_happy emoticon-inline" style="height:16px;width:16px;"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
