Hi all, I used ArcObjects 10.3.1 to develop an application for Windows tablet. I found that the zoom in / out were very sluggish when using multi-touch. Is there a way to achieve smooth, multi-touch zoom in / out similar to an android / iOS phone?

Thanks!
