I am in the process of developing a mobile application using ArcGIS Runtime SDK, which incorporates the following components:

View the 2D map
Apply filters for layers
Create thematic maps
Make flow maps as graphics
Caching basemaps such as world imagery or custom vector tile layers from a portal
Create offline mobile geodatabases from services
Create timelines for features
Create charts and filters
Search
Vector Tile Layer

I would like to inquire about the appropriate licensing level for our project. Could you please advise whether a Basic license or a Standard license is required to access these features?

Your guidance on this matter will be greatly appreciated, and it will help us ensure that we have the right licensing in place for our mobile application development.
