Data frame propertis is not working after converting BLOB to map

Dear Friends,

I am trying to convert the BLOB to Map(Layers) using the attached code, the conversion is working properly but i am facing the following issues

1.) Data frame properties are not working when double click the map(Layers) or Toolbar->View->Data Framme Properties,

2.) Right click "Remove" is not working.

3.) Save as MXD , close and reopen the same mxd, the layers and data source contents are not visible, when i am reading the same through the code layers and source are available

Attachment contains the upload and download tools

Upload-> convert maps(layers) to blob

download-> convert blob to maps(layers)
