topic Code Distribuition Rights in ArcObjects SDK Questions

Hi everyone,
in my company we run on several desktops ArcGis with ArcView license. Recently a customer ask us to develop a custom geoprocessing application. I developed the whole application using a geoprocessing framework which I made on my own with open source components. However, the customer would like to have the outputs of the application in ESRI grid format. To do this, I could easily use the Arcobject library to operate the conversion from an open format to the ESRI grid format. Nonetheless, I'd like to know if, with the ArcView license, I would be allowed to ship part of the ArcObject library in the application I have developed or if I shall deny the request of the customer. Any suggestion?
Thanks
Emilio
