topic Debugging ArcMap Extention in Eclipse with Hot Deployment in ArcObjects SDK Questions

Hello

We are implementing an ArcMap Extension in Java (ArcMap 10.4) and are using Eclipse for development. We followed these instructions to enable debugging, and this works well: ArcObjects Help for Java developers | ArcGIS for Desktop

However, we would like to enable Hot Deployment, as it is very tedious to startup ArcMap everytime we have changed code. For me it looks like ist not possible as we have to use using remote debugging for to hook into ArcMap.

Are there any ideas how to make it to work? Can you build a kind of Mock ArcMap for development?

bye, Nicole
