    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My guess is that you project has SpecificVersion = True for your references to the ArcObject assemblies.&amp;nbsp; Go through your references one by one and make sure that this is False for all references.&amp;nbsp; Look at the Properties for each reference.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
