Map document does not open correctly

Hello, please help to solve the problem:

We have EDN Standard 10.0. Based on the example of Visual Studio (Map Control Application) we created an application. This application is opened on a machine with a license Desktop. We have opened a map document (mxd). The layers are not displayed on the map. We can not add new layers - they are not displayed. The same program works correctly on the development machine.

Is the data available from the deployment machine? What kind of data is it? Is it local files, sde?

Yes, the data is available. ArcInfo opens map document on the deployment machine without any problems.
We use file geodatabase localy.
After some (may be 1 - 20 times or more) adding of layer to active project, new layer opens correct, and all next layer also adds ok. If I save map document, next time, starting my application I have the same problems again. On the same computer.

Do you have a TOC where the layers are listed? Is the map extent in the wrong area? Can you use the identify or select tool on the features? Can you open the table view for the layers and see the rows?

- Yes, but they marked with red !

- We cann't see map in any extent.

Can you use the identify or select tool on the features?
- No.

Can you open the table view for the layers and see the rows?
- No.

Today we discovered that if we open application, wait 2 minutes (not 1 or 1.5) and then open map document it opens correctly. 🙂

If the layers are marked with red exclamation mark then it can't read the data source. If it is local, then there is some delay for your application to read them on the workstation. 2 minutes sounds a bit much for an on access scan... A license manager delay would make the application really slow to start but wouldn't cause this. Is the data actually local or is it a mounted network drive or something?
