Hope this workflow would helpful to others in some way.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>1. Convert multipatch to points using </SPAN><A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#//00170000003p000000">Feature Vertices to Points</A><SPAN> (ArcInfo/Advance license required).</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>(Output point features will have Z values stored in their geometry). </SPAN><BR /><SPAN>2. Edit/remove unwanted points so that just the roof points are left. </SPAN><BR /><SPAN>3.
