Can someone point me to an example or something to get me started using time in ArcEngine 10? I am trying to implement my own 'Time Based Slider' for time-enabled layers that are opened using my Engine application?

So far I've come across ITimeInstant, and other similar interfaces, but no pseudo-code or code on how to implement in a working app.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
