My online searches thus far seem to indicate that the built-in support for these elements in ArcEngine is limited to map surrounds when used in conjunction with page layouts.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I could draw these elements manually, but I'd rather not reinvent the wheel if necessary.
