A little delay when first using ISnappingEnvironment.

Hi,

I use ISnappingEnvironment in my custom tool for ArcMap 10.3.

The first time I draw a new point (click on a map) - I see a delay (about 3 seconds) and graphics (point and label(text)) disappear.

Next points appears with milliseconds on the screen.

If I close/open my tool I DO NOT see that delay - meaning it is once for an ArcMap session. If I close/open ArcMap I can see that delay.

I draw a point on MouseUp(), but initialise a snapping environment earlier.

The first point is not snapped to anything.

So why it is delayed only for the first time?
