We use an image service from the county, and recently when exporting Arc map to a PDF the resolution of the aerial photo is very bad. Adjusting the PDF setting for export does not improve this. Exporting to a TIFF or PNG is better, but I need PDF format. The same exact map printed to PDF through a web map app has the sharp resolution we have been getting until recently. How do I get Arc map to print PDF as well as the web map app?
