This is working fine in ArcGIS Online web maps and ArcGIS Pro + other 3rd party apps I have tested in. When it is used in ArcMap 10.7.1 the layer works fine at scales &gt;=&nbsp;1:42027. When we go to a scale of 1:42026 or larger the features do not draw (see image1).</P><P></P><P>When the features are not displaying I can still identify them and view attributes in the attribute table.
