topic ArcMap Raster Calculator division in ArcMap Questions https://community.esri.com/t5/arcmap-questions/arcmap-raster-calculator-division/m-p/327770#M743 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Hi all,&nbsp;</P><P>ArcMap 10.7.1.11595</P><P></P><P>Just tried to do a basic Raster Calculator tool division on my raster and it was coming up with only a few classes as a result.&nbsp; After thinking I've gone mad or made some basic error, I tried entering the divisor as a float, e.g. x/2.0 rather than x/2.&nbsp; Entering it as a float worked.</P><P></P><P>Is this something I've missed as the tool has gone on (usually do raster algebra in arcpy) or is this the result of me messing up the Python library somehow?</P><P></P><P>Am I going crazy?
