      <title>Authorization error with installation on new computer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to install ArcGIS Desktop (10.8.1 and even tried 10.8.2) and each time when it comes to authorization, and I put in either our current .prvc or current ESU ID, I get the following error (see attached). 7054: The requested count exceeds the fulfilled amount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know it has to do with the license on my old file is still active, but I can't seem to delete anything off of MyEsri to see if I can open it in order to get the program activated. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hughesmichael, you need to release the license from your old PC before you can use it to activate the software on your new pc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on your old pc &amp;gt; start arcgis administrator &amp;gt; select&amp;nbsp; Support Operations &amp;gt; select Deauthorize.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will release the license and allow you to use it on your new pc to authorize the software there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Jim&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to login to your organization Profile, select the three horizontal lines at the top to see more options, go to Licensing Tools &amp;gt;Recover Lost Licenses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Run through that, and it should enable your lost license for use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
