Hi,

For some time I have more an more trouble to export my mxd in pdf, with 10.8.1 arcmap basic. So, since a patch .2 exist, I try to install them.

I download my msp but, always receive the message that is not for my product. I try with the terminal with the same msiexec.exe /p Téléchargements\ArcGIS-1082-DT-GCU-Patch.msp. I try to replace Téléchargements with downloads with the same result.

Can someone help me? Are an .exe available?

You would need to go to My Esri and download the ArcMap 10.8.2 version. It is not a "patch" on top of 10.8.1.

They you should be able to apply that patch that you are referencing above.
