How to add multiple points in a subdivision on a map?

Hello, I am still new to ArcMap and I was wondering how to add multiple points of a layer in each subdivision.

I am trying to add a purple "X" to buildings that do not have a red "X" symbol and a blue dot symbol, and I do not want to do it manually as it will take time, so I am wondering if there is a query or an easier way to add all the purple Xs all at once?

Google "my maps" allows you to do this. It's all based on Google maps obviously, so it's very refined.

If I'm understanding correctly, you just want to place the pins, and you will determine your route. AFAIK this tool will not determine the routes for you https://speedtest.vet/ .
