    <description>&lt;P&gt;run mxd doctor on your mxd.&amp;nbsp; it is part of your install&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note the size of the mxd if it is large, over 3000 kb, it is a large mxd and you may have hardware issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, the mxd doctor should fix any broken issues and remove phantoms.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arc Map frozen screen , Not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arc Map Screen got frozen ,&amp;nbsp;Currently arc map is not responding , the Arc map is opening properly , but clicking on store display and any other functionalities are not working , then i have reset his Normal .MXT file in&amp;nbsp; And when we tried to open&amp;nbsp; arc map again , As now due to change in Arc Map got reset due to Normal.MXT&amp;nbsp; , but now when i tried to enable the extensions of Arc FM or any tools I could not able click on checkbox in the customize toolbox or either in the toolbar options, this is happening after reset as well .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what need to be done ??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
