Ping Computers to Identify License Type

We are trying to verify which users have ArcMap Single-Use and Concurrent-Use licenses. After multiple attempts to contact users, some have not responded.

Is there a way to ping computers with ArcMap installed, and identify if a Single-Use or Concurrent-Use license type is being utilized?

We are using ArcMap 10.8.2.

The license information can be found in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ESRI\License10.8

You can search registries on remote machines using PowerShell, something like: https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1055818-registry-value-multiple-computers?page=1#entry-4797484
