Hi, Arcmap 10.8.1 is installed along with (Ericsson)NetworkEngineer. In this environment, Arcmap consumes more time to open. When we tried to open Arcmap, it takes around 10 to 15minutes. How to reduce this time consumption. Please suggest.

I would contact Ericsson and find out if their application is compatible with .1

Is it taking that long just to start ArcMap or to start an MXD. If it is taking that long just to start ArcMap then you may have issues with Ericsson

However, a different trick I learned is mxd's don't always upgrade nicely.

Once you get your MXD open start a new blank session

From your layout view select all elements and paste them into the new mxd.

Also, you may try running MXD Doctor on your mxd
