topic Simplify Polygon maximum 10.000 vertices in ArcMap Questions

Hi, we need to simplify world, country map, polygons features to a maximum of 10.000 vertices each individual polygon, maintaining topology. Simplify Polygon seams to be the correct tool, but it does not include a max vertices parameter. Is there any known way of producing such a layer?

Thank you very much,

Nelson Ribeiro
