How to query using signature file

I have located a known habitat location on a Landsat 8 multispectral layer and I want to create and use this area's spectral signature to identify other possible habitat locations in my study area.

So far, I have done Image Classification -> Training Sample Manager -> Drawn Polygon containing known habitat location ->Create a signature file.

I am wondering if I am on the right track, and if so where to go from here. My objective is to identify other regions within the spectral signature range identified in the drawn polygon and show them on a map.

Any help would be great, thanks!
