NADCON doesn't work with NAD 1983 (2011) State Plane US Feet?

Hello,

When using the Project tool to convert between NAD27 and NAD83, the tool reports there is an error: Invalid Geographic Transformation. The input cs is NAD_1927_StatePlane..... and the (randomly) selected output cs is NAD_1983_2011_StatePlane..... Please see the attached screenshot for details. What's wrong? NAD_1983_StatePlane.... works well as it's supposed to, however. Why does the 2011 throw an error?

This isn't an answer, but I have had problems with the 2011 versions of State Plane coordinate systems before. I just don't use the 2011 versions. Try using the "non-2011" version?
