Hello I maintain a dashboard that displays covid 19 data for Connecticut at the town level. I've uploaded data to AGOL each day for the past two years. Two or three times I would run into issues with uploading data but after some time it would go away. This time it will not. My layers are getting stuck in the "extracting files from service definition" section of the publishing process. Any suggestions are welcomed.
