So, I can say "Not in Roadmap" for ArcGIS Pro yet.</P><P><A href="https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/esri-redistricting/overview" target="_self">Esri Redistricting</A> is available with ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise (additional extension).
