hi,

when i am trying to catchment polygon processing in arcgis 10.2 , i have got encountered with an error

"Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component".

So, help me from this error

Is this issue linked to ArcGIS Online*?

Please share more details.

1. What products (versions) are you using?

2. State the workflow you are following which leads to this error.

3. What is the path of the input/output datasets being defined in parameter?

*Also it would be wise to move the post to appropriate space.

Dear Sir,
I use ArcGis 10.2 offline on my laptop. I have attached a screenshot of
the error message. I try to do a hydrology analysis of bridge.
During catchment polygon processing, this error occurred.

Are you using ArcHydro for the analysis (not mentioned)?
