      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a polygone with text value.&amp;nbsp; The text value is the path of ECW. &amp;nbsp; The polygone is the extend of ECW.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to create a hyperlink for add the ECW directly in my MXD with hyperlink fonction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
