    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to insert a hyperlink into text in a map or a layout and have the link we active when exporting to&amp;nbsp; a pdf? (like in word or excel) I have see decade old posts - but I haven't found a way to do it in ArcMap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using ArcMap 10.8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nava&lt;/P&gt;</description>
