I have tried using the instructions <A href="https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/182286/setting-anchor-pivot-point-to-layer-features-point-and-text-by-which-symbol-or">here</A>, which works fine for an arrow/character marker symbol, and for a picture marker symbol when no rotation is added. However, I want to rotate my symbols and when rotation is added, the picture marker symbols do not retain their anchor point. I need to use picture marker symbols as I have been provided with specific symbols to use.
