Why error Attempted an unsupported operation?

We just upgraded to 10.4.1, I know right. And I'm now getting the error "Attempted an unsupported operation" when I open the layer properties of a raster image and try to open the Symbology tab. Is this fixed with a patch?

Did this work before the upgrade? If so, what version did it previously work at?

What is the format of the image in question?

Can you provide some more details and screenshots?

Did this work before the upgrade? Yes If so, what version did it previously work at? Worked at 10.3.1

What is the format of the image in question? File Geodatabase Raster Catalog, mosaic sid images.

Can you provide some more details and screenshots? What other details do you need? Or screenshots of what?

I would install this patch, at a minimum: Esri Support 10.4 (10.4.1) and retest.
