      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking to extract/clip the grid polygon that are completely filled by the raster in the background (yellow). How can I do this in ArcGIS?
