How To Move Existing Assingments to Another Workforce Project?

Hello!

I've a workforce project and assignments for a field work. Then I had to create a new workforce project in line with the feedback of field workers. Is it possible to move the existing assignments, and trackings to the new workforce project like append tool or any other option?

I would be grateful if you can help.

Didem,

Yes, you can append or import the assignments from one project to another using any of the append/import tools. A few things to be aware of:
- Your Worker IDs may have changed, you will need to map those across or create the assignments as Unassigned and then Assign them in the Workforce web app

- Your Assignment Types may be different depending on the order the types were added.
